Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy
Please allow at least two days for order processing, as each order is custom-prepared for individual shipment. (A Customer Service Representative will contact you if there will be any delay in your order). All shipments are made through the FedEx. You may select:

  • FedEx Ground for regular shipment – Arrives in 1 to 5 days
  • FedEx 2 Day - Arrives within 2 days of shipment
  • FedEx Home Delivery

The following is a basic guideline to our standard shipping timetable:

  • Orders placed on any business day will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days.

All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. Boxes a physical address must be provided. In the event that packages are returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be contacted for clarification of the shipping address and the order will be subject to additional shipping charges if applicable. Please be sure to give us at least one form of contact information (telephone, fax or e-mail), so that we are able to contact you about your order.


Handling Fee
A handling fee of $1 is charged per order, the fee is included as part of your shipping fee.


Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. After 30 days, all returns will be made on an inspection basis. Refunds for items returned within the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping will be refunded, however the $2  handling charge included in the shipping fee is not refundable.

Please note as with any bait, coloring and paint may show wear over time. It is normal for nicks in the paint and scuff marks from the fish biting at the bait or the bait being drug against rocks and other hard materials. Items returned with normal wear will not be refunded. If you are not sure your item is showing normal wear and tear please email a picture to us at info@fishazuma.com and we will let you know.
